Hi, I'm Dee.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents. My private practice is based in Malahide, Co. Dublin, where I offer in-person and online appointments.
I support people experiencing a range of challenges, including difficulties with self-esteem, identity, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel difficult to change.
My work has a particular focus on eating disorders and body image concerns, and I bring a neurodiversity-informed perspective to my practice.
